5. minimize the potential for an adverse report to the National Practitioner Databank. 

These goals are achieved, in part, with innovative Healthtor legal protection programs that provide a menu of services outside the terms of the insurance policy.  This legal protection program is being mass marketed to Healthcare Providers and their patients as technology-enabled Healthtor Provider Memberships, which include programs for keeping Healthtor Community Members out of Court with innovative Liability Management and Asset Protection programs.  Similar legal protection programs are being mass marketed to Faith-Based Organizations and their members as technology-enabled ProUnityCommUnity Memberships, which include programs for keeping Association Members out of Court with innovative Liability Management and Asset Protection programs.
