The features and benefits of the PrepaidLegalPlus Realtor Risk Management Program are summarized as follows:
Price: Charged to the Broker: $200 per year for the broker/ office and $100 per year per agent. Discounts and revenue generation opportunities are available.
Legal and Risk Management Services may be coordinated through a centralized Lawyer Management Organization (LMO). Legal services are provided by Lawyers who are known in the real estate brokerage community.
Pricing and Discounts:
1. Non-member – 0% off
2. Member – where the transaction is not managed with a PLP-Certified CRM System– 15% off
3. Member – where the transaction is managed with a PLP-Certified CRM System - 30% off
Services and Fees (all base prices are for Non-Members)
1. ½ Hour Consultation per Legal Matter free of charge (members only)
2. Department of State (license revocation/ suspension or fine): $1500 for early intervention and settlement, $2500 for resolution without a hearing; $400 per hour after the first 5 hours.
3. $300 Credit on your E&O deductible per legal matter (subject to E&O insurance carrier approval of Plan Counsel as Defense Counsel)
4. Commission Recovery through Binding Arbitration: $1500 for resolution without a hearing; $5000 for resolution after mediation or arbitration or 30% of the gross commission, whichever is more (does not include arbitrator’s fees or litigation)
5. Do Not Call - Easy Check Program - $495
6. Virtual Back Office - fax your disclosure statements (e.g. Agency Disclosure, Lead-based Paint, Property Condition, etc.) and other documents (e.g. Agent Licenses, Contracts, etc.) to a central number and we will keep them for you and have them available should your office become investigated by the DOS ($1 - $3 per page, depending on volume) - minimum $90 (90 pages) per year

The PrepaidLegalPlus Realtor Risk Management Program provides benefits worth over $10,000 per year for less than the price of a cup of coffee per day.
Considering the stiff penalties that can be imposed by the Department of Sate in the event that the Broker and Agent are unable to produce Disclosure Forms upon demand ($2,000 per missing form), the Virtual Back Office service alone could be worth well over $10,000 per year (the cost of 5 missing forms) to the Broker/ Owner and Agents.
Considering the potential loss of income arising from lost transactions due to unforeseen contingencies (e.g. the buyer’s inability to secure financing, delays in getting contracts signed, the Broker/ Owner’s inability to capture Title and Loans for the Broker’s Joint Venture Title Company, etc.) – the Streamlined Transaction Coordination Process, Joint Ventures and Money Coach, together, could be worth well over $7,000 per year per captured transaction to the Broker/ Owner and Agents.
